How does it work?
I'll send you an email with a Zoom link. A few minutes before the call, you click on the link, download Zoom (if you haven't been using it already) and you're good to go! You can use your phone, a computer, or a tablet.
Class is the first Thursday of each month at 5pm Pacific; 8pm EST.
60 Minute Class
I'll be sharing key bits of the science with strategies and action step options for about 40 minutes with 15-20 minutes for Q&A.
