So how can I help? What can I do for you?

  • I'm a trusted health professional. I have a Master's Degree in Nutrition from the University of Chicago. I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Wellcoach.

  • I have worked with thousands of you over the past 22 years and can save you a LOT of time and frustration. Spotting patterns of thinking that contribute to 'stuckness', offering novel solutions and work-arounds, sharing fresh perspectives that can shift everything, and delivering nuggets of motivational gold are what I do. Why struggle or try to figure it all out on your own? Let me help you benefit from all the hard work of those who've been exactly where you are now and come out the other side!

  • I'm constantly encouraging exploration, new discoveries and new awareness. I love bringing the latest health and wellness research and psychology's latest science into the mix.

  • Words like 'excuses', 'laziness', and 'no willpower' aren't even in my vocabulary (and I'll happily help you remove them from yours). I listen and believe that you have good reasons for doing what you do. Then, we discover your best reasons to do things differently and explore strategies to make them sustainable. I know what you're going through - I've been there and continue to revisit these struggles too!

I want to help you remember WHY good health matters and get fired up for the people in your life who WANT and NEED you to stay healthy. I want you to get inspired by the plans and projects in your future that matter to YOU. 

What fires me up to stay healthy in my 50s? Hiking in the mountains and feeling independent and free outdoors.  Traveling to new places with the energy and vitality to make the most of them and be ready for anything. I KNOW I've got to maintain my fitness, keep my weight in check, and stay healthy so I can keep having my hiking and travel experiences.
