The Prediabetes Roadmap™ Coaching Intensive

You want maximum support and maximum results, AND you want to try a new approach. 1-1 coaching each week for 6 weeks with an experienced master coach will provide you with the rocket fuel you need to break away from old thinking and habits. You'll get exposure to the latest research findings about prediabetes and explore flexible, creative strategies to help you get back on the road to health and vitality. I've put together a Prediabetes Roadmap™ full of key take-aways and action steps that have been instrumental to hundreds of my coaching clients over the years, saving you time, effort and loads of frustration!

This is a 6 week program. You'll have a 60 minute 1-1 coaching session (phone or secure video chat) each week once a week for 6 consecutive weeks.
