Self-talk and the stories we tell ourselves
... can really suck the life out of us. A lifetime of ignoring ourselves and what matters to us really hurts our energy and makes positive emotions less available. Do you need space for some honest, earnest chats with yourself?

Sitting
It isn't intuitive - but it's true. The more tired you feel, the more you need to move your body. Even if you've been "allergic" to exercise, I'll help you discover the freedom and joy of connecting with your body and breaking out of sluggishness and stagnation. Keep in mind your thoughts are powerful - what you say TO YOURSELF as you move REALLY MATTERS.

Sleep
You may be having issues with sleep. A visit to your doctor can rule out medical problems like sleep apnea. The rest is up to you. You may be surprised by what is keeping you from a good night's sleep, and we'll do our best sleuthing to figure it out.

Purpose & Self-Connection
